About HELEN
Helen Poplin, PT, brings over 35 years of expertise in orthopedic and movement-based physical therapy, specializing in sports rehabilitation, spinal dysfunction, and holistic healing. After owning two thriving outpatient clinics in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and operating a successful private practice for 19 years, Helen now offers her expert care through a highly personalized, hands-on approach to healing in Hermosa Beach, California.
Helen provides one-on-one care in a calm, private, and restorative environment, helping patients who have struggled to find relief through conventional methods. She combines advanced orthopedic techniques with a deep understanding of the body’s natural ability to heal, guiding clients toward individualized healing and lasting wellness.
Her approach is informed by years of experience and advanced training, including post-graduate work at the Kelsey Institute and with The Steiner Institute. Helen works to identify the root cause of dysfunction and develops an individualized treatment plan that delivers concrete, reproducible results.
